In Sweet Pete’s Boozy Truffle Class, Sweet Pete’s confectioners teach the art of tempering and how to make ganache filling. Each attendee leaves with a quarter pound of truffles.
Head downstairs to The Candy Apple Cafe to savor the notes of your handmade truffles paired with champagne, wine, and whiskey. A Candy Apple mixologist will walk you through truffle pairing options.
The chocolate portion of this class is slightly less hands-on than the traditional truffle class to allow time for the tasting.
This class does not include ice cream and is for ages 21 and up.
